Paul Gentilini is a third generation Dealer Principal with Gentilini Motors. In this role, Paul oversees all day to day operations at Gentilini Ford.
Paul grew up in and around his family’s business and began as a young boy cleaning up around the dealership. He has worked at every level since then to learn the importance of each aspect of the business and ensures that his grandparents philosophy of superior customer satisfaction upholds today as it did when they started back in 1955, by providing award winning customer service and treating customers like family.
Paul understands the value of a strong community and that shows with all the support he provides for local organizations, schools, youth sports programs, in addition to involvement with local Chambers of Commerce in efforts to improve the quality of life for the customers we serve.

Tim is a qualified General Manager that began his career at Gentilini Motors in 1985. Frank Olivier has been the Marketing/BDC/Internet Sales Director with Gentilini Motors for over 15 years. In this role, Frank manages all marketing and advertising media including social media, content creation, website development, SEM, SEO, audio, and video production; coordinates our follow up and customer relation processes; and monitors our internet sales & service processes to ensure consumers receive accurate information that is relevant to their specific needs.
Frank is a qualified Marketing/BDC/Internet Sales Director and holds Internet Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, BDC Manager, Sales Manager, Customer Relations Manager, and Technology Expert certifications from Ford and Chevrolet. Frank also holds multiple Google certifications which include Ads, Analytics, and Marketing.
Frank is no stranger to the Automotive Industry having spent a combined total of over 20 years in the business where he worked here initially as a lot attendant and worked his way through Parts, Service, Sales, and ultimately Management.
Before re-joining Gentilini Motors in 2006, Frank worked for over 28 years for a diverse range of customer service organizations, including Corporate Retail Stores, the Casino Industry, and as an owning partner in a construction business for more than 10 years.
Frank helps to ensure our customers receive the follow up they deserve in addition to being aware of our products, specials, and most importantly our award winning style of customer service. Frank's varied background in customer service industries such as Retail Sales, the Casino Industry, and business ownership provided the perfect foundation for his current role in the Automotive Industry.

Ted Noble is a Sales Manager with Gentilini Motors. Before joining Gentilini Motors in 2008, Ted worked for 24 years of his career at other area dealerships and service centers. He has also spent many years working in the Boating Industry as a Product Knowledge Specialist and Sales Consultant.

Reef is no stranger to the Automotive Industry having spent his life around the business. When he was first eligible to work he started out by assisting around the dealership wherever help was needed, and then began working in the detail department. Transitioning into the service department, Reef became a Service Advisor at our Chevy dealership, a Sales Consultant at our Ford dealership in 2016, and eventually moved into the Finance Manager role in 2023. Reef worked the summers through high school and college until he graduated from Rowan in May of 2019, and has worked at the dealership full time ever since..

Wes is a qualified Parts Manager and holds both Parts Consultant and Parts Manager Master certifications from Ford.
Wes grew up around his family's business and has more than 32 years of experience as Parts Manager. Prior to starting his automotive career, Wes spent 3 years in the United States Navy, reaching the rank of Third Class Petty Officer.
Through daily stock orders and overnight delivery, Wes ensures that he maintains a constant level of inventory, ensuring the parts needed to repair your vehicle are always in stock.

Teri Birmingham is an Outside Wholesale Parts Representative with Gentilini Motors. In this role, Teri conducts site visits at independent repair facilities as well as government and independent fleet establishments to assess the needs of those facilities to ensure we provide relevant products, service, and delivery of parts.
Teri's main goal is to assist our wholesale customer base in a way that helps them improve their bottom line and grow their respective businesses by recommending strategic solutions for a wide variety of programs we offer such as Repairlink (an easy, user friendly online ordering system), and recommending different rewards programs available to Fleet customers and independent repair facilities. During the entire process Teri maintains open communication with management in our Sales and Service Departments to ensure customers' needs are communicated at every level.
Before joining Gentilini Motors in 2021, Teri worked for 21 years as an Outside Sales Rep at another local area establishment, and has an exceptional sales record with unsurpassed knowledge of fleet establishments and independent repair facilities. Teri has managed several territories for years by utilizing an organized and proactive approach to provide solutions for her customers' needs.

Eric is no stranger to the Automotive Industry as he spent three years at another local dealership as a sales lot organizer and a sync support specialist where he would organize and maintain vehicles on the sales lot while also assisting customers in all aspects of technology in their vehicles.
Eric's main focus at Gentilini Motors is to assist technicians in getting the parts needed to service our customers' vehicles quickly and efficiently to ensure a long life for their vehicle.
